Thanks for these insightful comments. I think that too often our organizations limit the end results because we limit the pool of ideas! I have not seen it voiced so well before...your thoughts and suggestions truly incorporate a community effort towards a common goal, including everyone, thus ensuring the chance of heightened participation by all.
