In your previous response, you mention that you are receiving some interest from other groups. The best advice I could provide you as a new organization is to make the most of partnership opportunities. Their experience will prove helpful to you at this stage. The second bit of advice is to be diligent about not duplicating efforts...Funders, whether it be in the form of grants or outright donations want to know that you are providing a very necessary service, and are pleased when you are meeting an unmet need, and more impressed when you team up with other services which compliment your own.
