Sue---Nice touch. And an important one; to publicly recognize those good people who give their money for a cause which not only promotes art, but promotes mental health as well. Donor recognition format ideas?
(1) From your own already fertile imaginations.
(2) With suggestions from the companies which produce such displays--in the event you will hire one for the ultimate installation. There would be some artistic talent there to be sure with good ideas.
(3) How about developing a "Call for donor display ideas" from the artists themselves? Such involvement will bring the donors, artists, gallery, and public even closer. You could make a meaningful event from the "jury" selection of the submissions by the artists, then to select the winner.
