Thank you so much for your response.I figured that would be the answer and I think I was trying to avoid being the one to step up to the plate. But, you have confirmed it-- and I might as well just quit hoping for easy solutions and go for it. I am getting anxious to start the process because I can see the direction the org is going in and money is definitely going to be necessity in the immediate future. The org is extremely successful so far as we have a tremendously dedicated group but those resources get depleted and I think we need to start thinking about the future. I know that the grant process takes time and we need to get started now. We are also starting to attract some attention from other groups and I would like us to be in the position of being able to say that we do have a game plan and increase our legitimacy and staying power by having some structure like the bigger non profits.
