Breakfast fundraisers vs. luncheons? Any info?Archived Message

Hi - My special event committee wants to hold our annual fundraiser (food w/ a guest speaker) during breakfast. I think you could get more attendance and raise more money during a lunch event, but the committee members argue that breakfast events are more convenient for attendees. I'd like to try to prove with some hard numbers which time generates more money. Any resources for this kind of info?
