| Funding question

Can anyone please advise where's the best place to seek funding for a new youth project in Port Vila, Vanuatu. It is primarily focused on providing a safe haven for youth to learn new skills with opportunities to gainfully employ these skills to create original art and craft pieces that could be sold to contribute to the students’ and NGO finances. I have a PDF of the proposal that can be emailed.
