| problem client

Hi All,
Sorry I have been away for so long. I was abroad
for two months and am involved in getting my new novel ready for publication (more on that later!!)
Anyway, I have a problem client and a huge $22 million campaign. The client does not believe that many foundations want to see contributions or pledges from Board members as part of the campaign; the client wants to use "in-kind" services of time donated.
I know there are hundred of articles about this, but I am trying to find actual application forms from some national foundations such as American Express, Ford, CitiBank and so forth.
Does anyone know off the top of his or her head of a foundation application I can use as an example? I have the M&T Foundation, which is in the State of the client, and four or five from Pittsburgh where I live, but the client is not in Pittsburgh and I want to show application forms from the type of national foundations listed above. If anyone has this information, it will save me time.
