| Why are you working in the field of Philanthropy

As Philanthropy Day approaches, I thought I might stir some interest around our 'professional calling' in the field of Philanthropy.
Perhaps you'd care to answer the following questions:
1. What field to you work within? (ie. human services, arts, education, animal welfare, human rights....)
2. What do you like best about the work you do, and why?
3. If it was within your power to do so, what would you change?
