    You can open a bank account for a non-profit in ways much the same as we do personally. Have your internal regulations regarding the bank account cited in your financial manual, with such stipulations as who, and how many, sign checks. There is some good information from Carl and “Wise Guy” regarding check cosigning in the PND Talk Archives. Type in the search box: signing checks

    I may be off the course you well know regarding the transfer, of what I assume are donated funds, throughout Latin America. But, I do see a looming issue of importance.

    Ordinarily, that is not easy to do, according to IRS rules and strict regulations from the US Patriot Act. Do read the Addendum to my following article regarding that process to see if what I have learned from the IRS is applicable to your situation:
