Thanks again for your advice. I can't have a non-profit and have my daughter working with me. I already contacted the IRS. I also don't want any association with any faith based organization. The space needed must be rather large and open (approx. 5000 sq ft.). This is not a day care. Children's programs in this area are very successful; people invest in their children here. My business is very unique; there will also be free meetings for parents giving them information on healthy nutrition for young children.
