    I agree with Linda, many grant-makers will view this as a transparent attempt at providing "pass-through" money for the "for-profit" via the privilege afforded the 501(c)3 entity. It is an "ethically-challenged" situation at best, and a marketing nightmare for anyone drafting a credible case for funding. The wisest course would be to steer clear of this one.
