    This has indeed been an interesting discussion.

    I would note that when it comes to landing clients, referrals will carry the day. Although new to grant writing, perhaps some of your legal contacts (or yourself) have worked within the non-profit sector and can assist you in meeting potential clients. Referrals and references will always out-perform mailing resumes.
