    I wrote a proposal for special work chairs for a sheltered workshop that had to be able to "hold up despite frequent incontinence". We worded it very carefully to instill a sense of dignity that turned out to be a very compelling (and successful!) case for support.

    I can relate to your story also, as I wrote a successful proposal for pigeon control, supported by a needs statement that described the accompanying mite infestations in this institutionalized setting. I felt itchy all during that work too! HA!
