Grantmakers have very little incentive to fund something that is already 'done'; they want their philanthropy to make things happen. In your grant proposals you need to focus on the parts of the project that you still need funds to accomplish. Your case for support with foundations will be strengthened if you can honestly state that the money you paid out of your own pocket was your gift to this project, and you are asking them to help you with the costs of distributing free copies to young people with diabilities. That would make a compelling proposal. I'm not sure professionally prepared videos can be portrayed as important in this YouTube world, but you must have your reasons. for wanting to make them. Do you have a dissemination plan developed? That will be key to producing a strong grant proposal.
