developing costs for letter of inquiry and grant proposal

    Posted by swigly25 on 5/25/2010, 4:45 am

As you can see at http://www.disabilityoutreach.org/dofm.htm , I am putting together an audio CD with 15 positive songs experiencing disability. The songs have cost anywhere from $149 to $450 each. I have a spreadsheet containing all the current costs for each song. I have paid out of pocket for producing the songs. How do I "word it", so I can be reimbursed by the grant maker?

I am planning to shoot a music video for each song, but I would be asking for funds that I don't have. I can make estimations for the budget, but how do I make up expenditures that I can't afford until the grant proposal is approved?

I want everything "worded properly" and sounding professional.

    Thank you,
    Bryan
