| When you *really*need a consultant but?

Greetings wise minds,
Our organization is revamping after the death of
our founder and president. We do, those of us
remaining that is, have an idea as to new
direction, but truly could use the advice of a
consultant versed in both national and
international nonprofit structure, board
development and fund raising. I could likely
learn what is needed in a phone call, but am
unsure where to find this kind of help,
especially as we cannot pay for this time
initially. Ideally we would find someone
passionate about our goal, and then compensation
them better once we have secured a more support.
we do have avenues, and history, over 20 years.
Sorry if this is vague, feel free to ask
questions, and I will fill in the gaps.
