Oops. I just read your post again and see that you are from Brooklyn. I am sure there is an AFP Chapter there. If not, the NY AFP Chapter is dynamic with highly experienced fund-raisers. You can advertise in the newsletters of AFP chapters or perhaps on-line. I don't think you will find one person who has the varied skills you say you need. Consultants tend to specialize.
