Hi folks, I have seen this discussed a few times here, and agree totally that such seems unethical at best and misleading to a funding source at worse. And yet, I see ads in places like craigslist looking for grant writing help offering just such an arrangement. From long standing well established organizations to boot. Should the foundation center or some other body be more public as to the wrongness of these offers, or something else be done to educate small organizations that such is improper?
