suggestions on funders of pastoral care in healthcare

We are a medium-sized multifaith nonprofit that advances pastoral care in healthcare through research, education, and clinical practice programs. We have been trying to find funding to launch several initiatives (e.g. new media/distance learning, palliative care, and advance care planning). Any suggestions?
