Believe me, I sympathize with you. I changed careers to become an elementary education teacher who narrowly escaped being "riffed" this year because of declining student enrollments. I'm lucky knowing that at least I have a job in August. Education, like every other "industry", is suffering in this economy. I'm afraid private education will experience similar problems, especailly with so many tuition-paying parents enduring job losses. I can only wish you the best of luck in your endeavors.
