Julia's right. It is Collaboration Letters that need to spell out commitment to project responsibilities. The Letter of Support from the allied church could be a powerful attachment to your proposal. You should probably prepare a paragraph that describes the project for them that they could paraphrase or use verbatim in their support letter to demonstrate that they fully understand your project
