    Call me old-fashioned, but I still like a signature in blue ink scribbled on by hand, and then scanned if being submitted electronically. An electronic signature is like a rubber stamp; it is too easy to do without appropriate authority and makes the same impression, like you didn't care enough to be inconvenienced. Think of how powerful a MOU is when it contains 20 signatures that you had to run all over town to get: the EFFORT says 'commitment', and likewise, an effortless electronic signature says 'not worth the small effort'. Maybe someone younger and hipper than I am will disagree! ha!
