Thank you so much, Linda! It is really reassuring to hear that grantmakers understand the difficulty of measuring what DIDN'T happen as a result of the organization's work. It's particularly difficult when a lot of the education/prevention programming involves people accessing information on the website or sending away for materials. But you've definitely given me something to work with here. Thank you again.
