I concur with Carl...and I think you may have misread my earlier post. I mentioned that if you wish to discover what the "director" makes (CEO, top-earners) that you can certainly do that through 990's and annual reports as basic donor transparency allows.
I have not seen a document posted on-line or otherwise from nonprofits regarding everyone's salary. Individual's privacy outweighs public scrutiny in these areas. Typically we would track director and management level earnings. Who needs to know what an office-assistant level I or II is making? (Except when determining how to fund their position, which is an internal issue and thus prompted the initial post).
Much information is available, but not all that you speak of.
