Hi, I don't think a listing of all salaries is included in IRS Form 990s. If it isn't on the 990, I can't see how Guidestar or any other search engine would gain access to that information. Form 990 asks for the salary of the five highest paid individuals and the number of individuals who make more than $50,000/year. Organizations differ in the amount of information they submit on the 990: many provide a schedule of everyone who makes more than $50,000 but many offer only the count. I don't have a paid membership to Guidestar, so I only access 990s. The issue is different for governmental agencies. Many cities and towns, for instance, list the salary of everyone employed. Others have that information buried deep in the governmental budget. For many, getting the information is not so simple as popping on a website and punching in the request. Just my experience. Carl
