I concur. It's public record. Anytime I want to know who makes what in a nonprofit, it's as simple as going to someplace like Guidestar.org or Charity Navigator (not as thorough) and looking up their 990s for the previous year. Assuming they are required to file, I can have all of their salaries for the previous year in about 10 min.
