I'm glad to share it. I've run into it in a variety of situations and wasn't sure how to interpret it at first. It's a valid step to take for a company to protect clients that it worked hard to earn. But it needs to be a fair restriction, not one that prevents you from supporting yourself, if you had to work freelance.
