| CPA for Audited Financial Statement

We smaller non-profit organization. We have not previously had an audited financial statement. We are looking for a CPA who will give us the best price. Does it matter what state the CPA is certified in? We are headquartered in California and most of the staff is in California, but we have contract employees all over.
