| Organizing prospect information

Hello,
Hello.
I have several grant projects that I am researching and writing proposals for at any given time. Then of course other things come in all the time. How do you guys stay organized? It can get overwhelming... We have Raiser's Edge but I use excel more than RE to try and stay organized. And then there are the piles of research on my desk... Thanks.
