Over the past few months I submitted several LOI's for a renovation project. Thus far I have heard nothing. Do foundations typically send a "rejection letter" if they do not want you to submit a full proposal? Since I would like closure on these, I was thinking of placing phone calls -- is that an appropriate course of action? Sometimes the lack of responsiveness from foundations is frustrating. Thanks.
