You could state, "In its brochure, the ABC museum describes the exhibition as follows:" Or, you could put a description in quotation marks and at the end of the paragraph, give the name and the source, such as ABC Museum, "annual report," or "grant application," or "brochure." Or you could simply use footnotes as Rick did and have a list of your footnotes at the end.
