| Question about Invesment Managers/Conflict of Interest

Does your foundation use an an outside investment manager? If so, how did you do a cost- benefit analysis to make the switch from board management of investments to an outside manager?
Secondly, if you do not use an outside manager, how do you manage potential conflicts of interest ?
