If you did not notice yet, another contributor responded to your previous message post. Reading their response may prove extremely helpful to you relative to NIH grants and for profit business partners. I have no idea if your business group would qualify as a "small business"...I am certain the NIH has guidelines as to what constitutes a small business partner.
