Sorry, I realize I may have missed the mark with my last post. First question I would have for you is "how big a title do you have?"
The reason for this is based on the importance of what you are being asked to do - form partnerships with other companies or organizations. Typically, this is performed by the Executive Director, who has the power, authority and capacity to perform this type of intricate, potential multi-year collaboration.
