I and anyone else who has ever worked for a corporate bully can sympathize with your comments.
And it is okay to rant. You are among friends.
I don't think giving these people articles to read is going to educate them. I don't know what you can do, but let me give it some thought. I believe this "editor," as you describe her, would accuse you of
ending a sentence with an upside down comma ;-)
