99.9% of all foundations make grants ONLY to nonprofits recognized as 501(c)(3) entities by the IRS or entities of government. I wouldn't waste my money subscribing to the Foundation Center Online if I were a for-profit. You have been charged with a VERY difficult task, an assignment I would never accept, even with my 30 years experience. It won't be like looking for a needle in a haystack; it will be like looking for a needle in 10,000 haystacks.
