| controlling "wordiness"

Catherine: As we move more and more towards electronic submissions, you will find that wordiness is controlled for you. When they only allow 500 words per section, that's it. You must learn to write clearly and craft your sentences well for maximum impact. Period. Once you get used to that type of writing, you will find that you tend to use less space on other proposals as well...at least that has been my personal experience.
