That is great information! Thank You! On the one hand, I feel that you want to keep the momentum going and that is the biggest pressure for a speedy submission after the positive response from the LOI. However, it goes against everything I believe (and taught while teaching in other areas). It is always better to take your time, be thorough and accurate. In the end they'll see your best work, unless, of course, you miss the deadline...lolol Which links to my initial question about the timeline. Logically, if they have a deadline to submit the full proposal they'll key you in to that when giving you the go ahead. I can see myself asking..."What timeline do you have in mind for the full proposal?" Or something along those lines. How very interesting that the percent is such a large jump from LOI to funded proposals. Definitely support for the "tortoise" contender, eh Thanks again!! Catherine
