I have sent out a couple LOI's to foundations introducing ourselves (tony 7/17/07) We received only a couple of no's back. I wanted to follow up with those I didn't hear from, but I don't have phone numbers.. On their initial approach/application it states "letter". If I can't get in touch with them to get the application, what is the next step? To send the proposal with another letter?
