I am not questioning the value of feasibility studies. I am questioning whether there is a trend in which foundation officials are reluctant to grant interviews for these studies, because that is what seems to be happening where I live.
When I first started in this business years ago I was able to get interviews with ease for my clients who wanted to meet with the funders. Now it is almost impossible to get these meetings. Also, it seems that some foundations are not granting interviews for feasibility studies and I am wondering if this is happening selectively or if a pattern is developing.
