Has anyone conducted a feasibility study recently in a metropolitan area? If so, what was your experience with foundation representatives? Did most of them grant you an interview?
I have heard that many foundation officials do not consider feasibility studies to be an essential tool of pre-campaign activities and are not granting interviews. What has your experience been or what have you heard?
