Julie, Thank you so much for your response. I appreciate what you are suggesting about my hiring someone else or gathering the experience, myself.
The organization only has one office but has volunteers/organizational officers running programs, on behalf of the organization, in other states. I think though that you're right - I need to understand their state to state operations.
