| visually impaired and blind

http://www.jthammondinvestments.comin texas[east texas nacogdoches]there isnt any non profit for blind and visually impaired.i am listed as non profit but am not 503 certified,how do i get certified and how do i start funding for visually impaired and blind?or a program to help visually impaired and blind to start their own business and to contract with state ,county,and federal government?any help or info would be greatly appreciated. thankyou and god bless
