Sheryl, I appreciate the advice. It makes great sense. The thing is that I am still trying to build a network for myself. I really haven't had one. So, I don't want to close any doors. I feel it is in my best interest to meet with her.
You are right that she didn't call me during business hours, and that is problematic. I hadn't recognized that before.
I MIGHT consider a staff position. I'm not sure at this juncture. But I completely reject (as the other non-profit offered me) working in a clerical position. It was incredibly insulting.
