Maybe you could call her on Monday and explain that you were on your way out to a meeting when she called and did not have much time to talk then. After all, she did not call you during business hours. You could ask her what she envisions the purpose of the meeting to be. If she wants to ask you to volunteer again, or has a possible staff position in mind, neither of which you are interested in, you could save your time and hers by not having the meeting if there is no possibility of getting the organization as a consulting client. Whatever information you can get will help you figure out how to prepare and what to bring. Hope that helps. Sheryl
