Patricia, I agree with what both Tony and Julie have advised. However, I wonder if that "$100 per hour" is really all going to those instructors, or if a percentage of that is remaining with the organization? If, in fact, the money is going to the non-credentialed "instructors", as a state-certified teacher with two masters degrees making nowhere near $100 per hour, I am personally outraged and believe that organizations employing only credentialed instructors would be outraged, also. With so many "Psy. D.s", "M.S.W.s", and "M.A.s" in clinical psychology seeking meaningful employment today, no organization can justify paying $100 per hour to what are essentially recovering addicts who would normally be volunteer self-help group facilitators anywhere else.
