dfischman, You point to one of the greatest assets of development professionals - relationship building. One of my most frequent recommendations to executive directors of new organizations is to "get to know your neighbors" by joining local civic and community organizations, like the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, Kiwaniis, etc. The more you demonstrate that you and your organization are active members of the community, the more they will want to assist you. As a member, you also obtain membership rosters, which can augment your organization's mailing list. Rick
