Posted by honestsy When you have only two options, both of which cannot be true and both of which cannot be false, you are faced with a contradiction. When you have two options, and both cannot be true, but both can be false, and a third option that neither of the first two are true, you are faced with a contrary situation. When you have two options, and two more options that 1) both of the first two options are true, and 2) that neither of the first two is true, then you are faced with a choice. I’m not sure I got his right, and I am even unsurer that I really understand it.
