    Bequests

    Do you know any good sources to provide me with information on setting up a mechanism to accept bequests for our 501(c)(3)public charity that would include information on:

    -- the specific benefits to the donor providing the bequest;

    -- types of legal documents required to execute the bequest;

    --- how one works with a donor's estate so their intention is followed.
