You are right, if there is one thing we are NOT lacking it is determination. Thanks for the advice and articles pointed out. They have certainly been helpful. The strategic plannning and the importance of overall long range planning is something that we have been working on, although not completed, it is taking shape and coming in line with mission statement. With time and effort progress is made.
